Plastisol High-Density Screen Printing Ink is a specialized ink formulated to achieve raised, three-dimensional prints with sharp edges and exceptional opacity. This technique enhances the tactile and visual appeal of designs, making them stand out on various textile products.

Key Properties:

Applications

Usage Instructions:

1. Stencil Preparation: Utilize thick stencils to achieve the desired high-density effect

2.Mesh Selection: A mesh count of 100-110 is recommended to allow adequate ink deposit for high-density prints.

3. Printing Technique: Apply multiple layers of ink, with curing steps between each coat, to build up the desired thickness.

4. Curing Process: Proper curing is essential to activate the high-density properties and ensure durability

1. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, as it may cause irritation.

2. Do not ingest or inhale the fumes; use in a well-ventilated area.

3. Keep away from open flames, heat sources, and direct sunlight.

4. Store in a cool, dry place, away from children and pets.

5. Dispose of waste material responsibly as per local regulations.

Precaution:

1. Wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and a mask while handling.

2. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water.
