Pidilite Pidicryl Foil Binder is a premium foil and flock adhesive binder used in screen printing to achieve high-quality foil transfer and flock printing on textiles. Manufactured by Pidilite Industries, a leading name in specialty chemicals, this binder ensures strong adhesion, durability, and flexibility in foil and flock applications, making it a preferred choice for garment decorators and textile printers.

Key Properties:

Applications :

Usage Consideration:

1. Screen Preparation: Use a fine mesh screen (around 32T-43T) for proper application.

2. Application: Print the binder evenly using a squeegee onto the fabric.

3. Foil or Flock Transfer:

i) For foil printing – Place the foil sheet over the printed binder and apply heat press at 150-160°C for 10-15 seconds. ii) For flock printing – Sprinkle the flock fibers over the binder, press gently, and remove excess fibers.

4. Curing: Heat cure the print at 160-170°C for 1-2 minutes for strong adhesion.

5. Peeling & Finishing: Peel off the foil after cooling for a smooth and shiny effect.

Caution:

1. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, as it may cause irritation.

2. Do not ingest or inhale the fumes; use in a well-ventilated area.

3. Keep away from open flames, heat sources, and direct sunlight.

4. Store in a cool, dry place, away from children and pets.

5. Dispose of waste material responsibly as per local regulations.

Precaution:

1. Wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and a mask while handling.

2. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water.

3. f eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice.

4. Use in a well-ventilated area or with an exhaust system to avoid inhalation.

5. Ensure proper storage in sealed containers to prevent contamination and drying out.
