Direct Mould Silicone/Die

Direct Mould Silicone (also known as Silicone Die) is a high-performance, heat-resistant silicone material used for embossing, 3D printing on fabric, synthetic leather, PU, or EVA surfaces. It’s designed specifically for direct application on moulds, enabling clean impressions, sharp edges, and long-lasting durability in garment embossing, logos, labels, footwear, bags, and more.

Process

• 1. Die Filling a) Die is filling with silicon paste.
• 2.Cool down b) Leave the die for 4 – 5 min to spread the chemicals. – Perfect balance for mould embossing
• 3. Heat Press c) The fabric is heat-cured at 160-170°C for 35 to 45 sec to ensure strong adhesion.
• 4. Finishing and final result
• d) At the end, additional treatments like matte, glossy, or metallic finishes can be applied, if needed.
