Solvent base nylo series

Solvent-based PU (Polyurethane) nylon inks are specially formulated printing inks designed for printing on nylon and other synthetic fabrics. These inks offer excellent adhesion, flexibility, and durability, making them ideal for applications requiring high resistance to washing, abrasion, and environmental conditions.

Key Properties:

1. Strong Adhesion – These inks bond well with non-porous surfaces like nylon, polyester, and coated fabrics, ensuring long-lasting prints.

2. High Durability – The ink is resistant to washing, rubbing, and outdoor conditions, making it suitable for industrial and sportswear applications.

3. Flexibility & Elasticity – PU-based inks provide a flexible print that does not crack or peel, even on stretchable fabrics.

4. Chemical & Water Resistance – They offer excellent resistance against chemicals, water, and harsh environmental conditions.

5. Vibrant & Opaque Colors – These inks deliver bright, opaque prints with excellent color retention over time.

6. Fast Drying – The solvent-based nature allows for quick drying, improving production efficiency.

Applications

1. Sportswear & Activewear – Used for printing on nylon-based gym wear, swimwear, and outdoor clothing

2. Umbrellas & Raincoats – Suitable for waterproof fabrics where durability is crucial.

3. Bags & Accessories – Often used in printing on nylon bags, backpacks, and other synthetic accessories.

4. Industrial & Safety Gear – Ideal for printing on workwear, safety vests, and industrial uniforms that require resistance to chemicals and harsh environments.

Usage Instructions:

1. Proper Surface Preparation – Some nylon fabrics may require a primer or pre-treatment for optimal adhesion.

2. Curing Process – Heat curing is necessary to ensure the ink fully bonds with the fabric and achieves maximum durability.

3. Ventilation – As these inks contain solvents, proper ventilation is required during printing to ensure safety.

Printing Methods:

1 Screen Printing – Most commonly used due to its ability to deposit a thick ink layer for better durability.

2. Pad Printing – Used for curved or irregular surfaces like nylon-coated promotional items.

3 Offset Printing – Applied in some cases where detailed prints are needed.

Caution:

1. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes, as it may cause irritation.

2. Do not ingest or inhale the fumes; use in a well-ventilated area.

3. Keep away from open flames, heat sources, and direct sunlight.

4. Store in a cool, dry place, away from children and pets.

5. Dispose of waste material responsibly as per local regulations.

Precaution:

1. Wear protective gloves, safety goggles, and a mask while handling.

2. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water.

3. f eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical advice.

4. Use in a well-ventilated area or with an exhaust system to avoid inhalation.

5. Ensure proper storage in sealed containers to prevent contamination and drying out.
