1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and states across India. For remote or restricted areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm serviceability.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• For bulk or custom orders, processing time may vary. Our team will communicate the timeline at the time of order confirmation.

3. Delivery Timelines

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.
• Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.( or Our Team will inform before final order)
• For bulk orders, shipping may be negotiated separately as part of the purchase agreement.

5. Packaging

All chemical products are packed in compliance with safety standards to prevent leakage, spillage, or damage during transit. Hazardous materials are packed and labelled as per applicable Indian regulations.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• In case of a lost shipment, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
