Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shori Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@shorichemicals.com or call us with your order details.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our return process below.
For bulk/B2B orders, cancellation terms are governed by the purchase order agreement signed between both parties.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Product does not match the description on the website
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Chemical products that have been opened cannot be returned due to safety and quality control reasons.

3. Return Process

Email us at info@shorichemicals.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm eligibility.
If approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
For orders paid via bank transfer, refunds will be processed to the same bank account.
